How to repair black shoe heels for women's shoes? I have cute black pairs of high heels that I wear to work; unfortunately, I have knicks at the back heel portion of the heels - are there any cheap, do it yourself at home remedies? volleyball hottie replied: "shoe polish

Mr. Curious replied: "Above all else, mink oil (or creme) works the very best on leather. Rub a generous amount prior to bed and let it soak in really well. In the morning buff to a soft gloss and repeat the next night for a few nights. They will be as quiet as a mime in church."

pravus_lamia replied: "I would go with a slightly heeled strappy sandal. Try gold if you didn't like the silver. Metalic colors always look great with dark colors. Even a metalic peuter color would look good. If you don't want metalic try going for a matte color in a strappy sandal, maybe the same color or similar color as your dress is. If you can't decide on a color that will look good, nude will always work. Most shoe departments carry nude colored shoes. Deffinately stick with a strapped sandal though.

- silver shoes that have thin straps. if you have chunky calves (like me) dont try the one that criss cross up to that area. that is if your dress is above the knee.
- off white, shades like ecru or cream with little studs (NEVER WHITE WITH A FLASHY DRESS, IT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A HOOKER)
- if you're wearing a short dress, formal greecian-goddess sandal inspired styles are nice. these are the shoes that are flat, the straps (in form of a v) meet at the center.
- i don't like black. it looks so matrona. i think gray or even maroon or bronze! (if you have fair, rosy skin)
you can try beautiful diamond dtud earrings with a nice makeup palette. smoky gray for the eyes, peachy pink for the cheeks with bronzer is always pretty and a glossy light pink/ champagne lip :)

If they are comfortable when you put them on, they always will be comfortable. And the price is right, especially at a discount outlet store. Or you can buy them online.
